WORKING WITH MELANIE! PLEASE READ :)

If you're ready to jump in and work together here are some guidelines to make sure we have a great working relationship!

COMMUNICATION

Please use Melanie@PromotionalRescue.com as our main place to communicate. Please DO NOT use social media messengers and or text messages, unless I've asked for it. Please give me up to 24 hours to respond.

HOURS OF OPERATION

I'm at my desk during the week during business hours 10 am - 3:30 pm (PT). I do not work nights or weekends. If you send an email after hours please give me until the next business day to get back to you.

SESSIONS

If you have scheduled a session, please take the time to focus in and on that session. Please make sure you have reliable Wifi. Do not schedule a session for a time when you are driving or in a place where Wifi can not support a screen share on Zoom.

TROUBLESHOOTING ISSUES

The biggest issues clients have is with time management and tech support. PLEASE DO NOT wait until the last minute to book with me if you need my services. I can not turn on a dime and deliver you the same results as if I had proper lead-up time. I also can’t always offer tech support. Computers, software, and ever-changing social media updates can cause delays. I’ll try to get you on my books as soon as possible, but please be proactive in solving some of your issues. I’m here to help, but I’m not all-powerful OZ, despite what my fashion says about me!

REFUNDS

Sometimes things don't work out. It happens. I do not offer refunds for the hours/sessions I've worked. I'm happy to refund you in full for the hours/sessions we didn't work up to 30 days. No Refunds after 30 days.

CANCELATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Life is messy and things come up! I totally get it! In the booking email, you'll receive when scheduling with me there will be buttons to cancel or reschedule! Just do it! I'll get an email that you've rescheduled! No SWEAT!! I won't be mad!
